WONDERFUL WEEKEND IN WATERVLIET… If there ever was a better Independence Day celebration I can’t recall it. “Space too hot, too humid” could be some of the comments of chronic naysayers. For most of us celebrating in downtown Watervliet, the Friday and Saturday festival was just plain wonderful. See the front page for color photos and results of much of the events.
