Key to the City for “YaYa”
MANY CELEBRATIONS… A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Sept. 25, 2026, at Coloma Dairy Corner hosted by the Coloma Watervliet Chamber of Commerce, celebrated the return of ownership to Pat “YaYa” Oderkirk. The highlighted and most touching part of the event was Oderkirk receiving the Key to the City from Mayor Marsha Hammond.
“You have touched so many lives and we are thankful you are back at the Coloma Dairy Corner putting smiles on people’s faces,” stated Mayor Hammond. Pat Oderkirk served the community as a Coloma Community Schools teacher for over 25 years along with owning the Coloma Dairy Queen for over 13 years until 2006.
