Lockdown causes concerns from parents; Hartford Public Schools provides them with more answers

All of Hartford Public Schools’ buildings were placed in lockdown Friday morning around 9:45 a.m. following a 911 call that reported a threat from a community member. The caller had reason to believe that there was a potential threat to those at Hartford Middle School, which needed immediate attention.
