Mark Cupani, age 74, has passed away on June 30, 2026, at his Florida home with his wife Deb by his side.
Born on Dec. 17, 1951, he was the son of Anthony and Peggy (Thomas) Cupani, who have preceded him in death.
After graduating from Coloma High School in 1970, he pursued a career in auto body repair, married and raised his two children in Paw Paw, Michigan where he eventually opened his own successful business in auto body repair and cargo trailer sales.
His love for music was known by all as a lead guitarist in several bands over the years. In his spare time you could find him in his studio writing and recording his own songs.
Along with his wife Debra (Leach) Cupani of 21 years, he is survived by his daughter Angelina (Matt) Szotek, his son Anthony Cupani and life partner Tabatha, his half sister Rickey Gard Diamond and her husband Stephen McArthur, and his grandchildren Tony, Rocco, Alyssa and Emery, plus many extended family members.
His ashes will be buried in the Coloma Cemetery where a family memorial will be held at a later date.
Above all else he loved being a father, grandfather and husband. He was deeply loved and is greatly missed.
