With Election Day having just passed, every American deserves to feel certain that their ballot will be counted accurately, efficiently and securely. Sadly, it was reported recently that a fraudulent ballot, allegedly cast illegally by a foreign national in Ann Arbor, will be counted among early votes made by lawful U.S. citizens just days before Election Day.
