Moped collides with SUV causing a fatality in Bainbridge Township

Berrien County Sheriff’s Office reported responding to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Bainbridge Center Road and Territorial Road in Bainbridge Township. When police arrived a 44-year-old man, who was operating the moped and was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene.
