NANETTE LIGHT

 Nanette was born June 21, 1948, in St. Joseph, Michigan. She spent her lifetime living on the family farm in Hartford. She was a licensed cosmetologist but spent most of her working life at JVIS Manufacturing and Wollen Products. She loved spending time with her family and working crossword puzzles.

 Her family she leaves behind to cherish her memory includes; three children Benjamin Light, Jaimie Light and John Light, a granddaughter Natalle Light, and a great-granddaughter Raylynn Hess.

 Nanette died Thursday, July 2, at home surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Bennie Light, parents William and Alice Davis, and three siblings Mary Alice Davis, Margaret Davis and Johnny Davis.

 Hutchins Funeral Home in Watervliet is assisting Nanette’s family with cremation and a graveside service will be celebrated Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Watervliet.
