Passing the baton

In a relay race there are a lot of important parts. The starter needs to be fast to create a good lead. The anchor needs to be ready to make up lost ground. But every runner must focus on the same thing: passing the baton. In a relay, runners must learn to match strides so they can quickly and smoothly take over and keep running toward victory.
