Usually, in this column each week, the Tri-City Record strives to honor individual student-athletes who have made their marks not only on the stat sheets each game, but also excel in the classroom. But, in Hartford, no sports have happened since the end of the fall sports season three months ago. So, because of how Hartford’s student-athletes have handled these circumstances out of their control, we will honor them with Press Box Player of the Week for February 4, 2021.
