Public Service Announcement from the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office

It has come to the attention of the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office that some individuals have received phone calls from a person identifying themselves as a Berrien County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, stating that the person being called has some type of criminal or civil charges against them and request that they pay the caller money over the phone. The caller has spoofed the number and it may look like it is from Berrien County.
