The plan builds on President Trump’s historic achievements, including executive orders that secured deals to cut drug prices and enforce transparency. It would codify most-favored-nation drug pricing discounts, expand over-the-counter options, and redirect billions in subsidies directly to eligible Americans. According to the Congressional Budget Office, these reforms would save taxpayers $36 billion and cut Obamacare premiums by more than 10%.
