On Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, the Hartford City Commissioners’ business meeting was called to order promptly at 5:30 p.m. when Mayor Rick Hall called for the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. The board approved the agenda and proceeded with the meeting.
