The ninth week of action in the Tri-City Record’s Armchair Quarterback contest had some daunting choices on the gridiron, as our knowledgeable diehards attempted to pick the winners in three local high school, four collegiate, and three professional football games. Regarding the final records from our contest last week, just three of our accomplished scholars passed the weekly examination, while three others received failing grades, leaving this educator wondering if the test was just that difficult!
