Southwest Gold Coast Chapter of DeMolay in Coloma first officer installation
Southwest Gold Coast Chapter of DeMolay will have a historic first installation of DeMolay officers on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026. This is a very important moment for DeMolay in Michigan.
Southwest Gold Coast Chapter was organized in 2021 and has developed a core group of fine young men who will become its first officers and will continue to lead the chapter. The Coloma organization is the first new chapter in western Michigan for many years and they are leading the renewed growth of DeMolay in Michigan.
DeMolay is a young man’s organization emphasizing character and leadership development while having fun. It has seven core values - love of family; reverence for an individual’s religious beliefs; courtesy; comradeship and brotherhood; fidelity, loyalty and honor; clean living; and patriotism. DeMolay is open to any young man ages 12 to 21. The Squires group is open to younger men 9, 10 and 11 who can participate in most DeMolay functions.
