Too busy?

Whenever I call on someone on the phone or in person, I often hear the same thing: “Pastor, you didn’t have to do that. I know you’re very busy.” It’s true that pastors are very busy. Caring for souls is not a simple 9-5 operation! But my reply has always been the same: “If I’m ever too busy to check in with you, then I’m not doing my job.”
