I’ve heard it many times: “God won’t give you more than you can handle.” Fun fact: the Bible doesn’t say that. In fact, if you search the Bible you will find the opposite. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 8 about his missionary journey: “We were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired in life itself.” Life can and will get to the point where even the most faithful will be forced to cry out, “I can’t handle this.”
