Watervliet Recreation Council announces expanded 2026 season with new programming

The Watervliet Baseball/Softball Recreational Council (WRC) is excited to announce its 2026 season, featuring expanded programming designed to bring more young athletes onto the field and extend the playing season into the fall. This year marks the introduction of a new Fall Ball League and the lowering of the T-Ball age to include four-year-olds, reflecting the council’s continued commitment to youth athletic development in Watervliet.
The Baseball Pre-Season Tournament will take place from April 24 to 26, followed by the Softball Pre-Season Tournament from May 1 to 3 at Hays Park. The Softball All Stars Tournament is scheduled for June 5 to 7, with the Baseball All Stars Tournament running July 17 to 19.
