Wendy’s American international fast food restaurant chain is considering building on the vacant land at the corner of M-140 and Summit Drive. There is a possible ground breaking this spring to start, per City of Watervliet Planning Commission at the Watervliet City Commission meeting on Jan. 9, 2024. Site plans have been approved.
