The second week of the Tri-City Record’s yearly Armchair Quarterback competition stepped up the ante a bit for our panel of pigskin pickers, as not only were they tested on their ability to pick local high school football games, but they were also tasked with picking games from the collegiate scene, as well. They meticulously made their choices and sat on edge on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and even Sunday as the games were played, hoping that they would be on the top step of the podium when the dust settled. We can say that these pickers were tested last week, and came through with flying colors, only being separated by two games when the final whistle sounded.
