Hartford Football begins season with 49-0 shutout loss to Watervliet
Last week, the Hartford Indian Football team began their season, albeit one week late, by traveling to Watervliet to take on the rival Panthers in a non-conference contest. The Indians first game of the season scheduled against Buchanan was canceled in week one due to low turnout of participants, but this game dawned with optimism. After all, the team was on the field with roughly 20 athletes, and what is there not to like about officially having “Friday Night Lights”?
