Hartford boys basketball season concludes with regional semifinal loss

It’s been a season of milestones for the Hartford Husky men’s basketball program. The team claimed a share of the conference championship, for the first time in over three decades, before following that up with a district championship, for the first time since this writer was in school.

However, this group had bigger aspirations, beyond just the trophies they had already earned. With two victories, they would be the first group in more than seventy years to secure a regional championship trophy in men’s basketball; that’s even before a majority of our readers were born!
