Introducing legislation to counter China’s expansion

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) continues to advance economic and military objectives that undermine the security of the United States. Some of these actions are widely reported on, such as the CCP constructing an island in the ocean to build a military base on it. However, some of the CCP’s most dubious activities are not widely reported on. One area I am deeply concerned about is China’s desire to control strategic ports.
