Just Joshin'

Another week is in the books! We all hope that you’ve enjoyed the paper the last few weeks. Every day has brought us a new adventure to tackle and new editor duties for me to cross off my list. There are days when my to-do list keeps growing, and there are other days where I lose my to-do list completely. So, it all balances out. Don’t ever hesitate to send us a letter letting me know you found my to-do list… Or rather let us know what you’re thinking. We’d love to hear your thoughts about the paper or our other community happenings. Keep us posted and we just may post you in our Letters to the Editor section!

There’s a lot still to be done around the newspaper office and I still probably have a few more turns until my head is on straight, but I feel it happening each day. I can’t thank the Tri-City Record team enough. Laurie and Dylan deal with me in the office while Angie, Heather, Jerrod, Lauren, Quinten, Sheila, and Tyler write each week. They’ve each taught me something these past few weeks and made finding my footing as editor a whole lot easier. I’m still very much a work in progress, but I know that I am one lucky editor.
