For many senior citizens, retirement is no longer a clear or financially viable endpoint. Rising living costs, longer life expectancy, limited retirement savings, and healthcare uncertainty have pushed many adults to work into their sixties, seventies, and beyond. While this presents challenges, it also creates opportunities to continue contributing valuable skills—if seniors adapt to today’s evolving job market.
