Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Pledge was recited.

Roll call of members, all five present.

Approval of agenda.

Public comment.

Approval of board meeting minutes of December 6, 2022.

Guests were called on for reports.

Draft report of the master plan was tabled until February meeting.

Deputy Sheriff’s report was given.

Building committee report was given and motion approved to pay draw #8 to Hall Builders.

Approval to purchase some miscellaneous items for the break room.

Approval of a special meeting on January 14, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

Approval of Building Inspectors report.

Approval of Construction Board of Appeals application fee of $450.00.

Fire Department report for Keeler Fire Department given. Sister Lakes Fire Department will be read next month.

Keeler Fire Department purchased a new thermal imaging camera from the donations.

Pride Care Ambulance report will be reported next month.

Treasurer’s report given. Approval of bills & claims.

Zoning Administrator report given.

No additional items to report from Planning Commission.

No Zoning Board of Appeals report given, as no meeting was held.

Resolution adopted on the Planning Commission board members from nine to seven.

Resolution adopted re-staggering terms of planning commission members.

Supervisor appointed a communication/information committee for expanding our communications to our residents.

Approval of cash/change policy for the Building/Zoning Administrator.
