RoxAnn Rodney-Isbrecht wins Week 2 Armchair honors, takes early lead

The second week of action in the Tri-City Record’s Armchair Quarterback contest had our diehards attempting to pick the winner of three local high school, four collegiate football, and three professional football games that dotted the calendar. In terms of their final records, five of our six smart students passed this exam, but none of them came away without at least two losses!
