HARTFORD TRAIN HOLD UP… I was stuck at the Hartford railroad tracks near Rite Aid this week. This is a frequent event that halts traffic on Red Arrow, many times for a good while. By coincidence there was a lengthy discussion this weekend on Facebook about the headache of waiting for the train. (Noteworthy, there is a RR crossing three blocks south. I was among many using it. I removed the names and kept the comments mostly complete.)
