DID THE GROUNDHOG SEE HIS SHADOW MONDAY? I know there were 20-some inches of snow on the ground February 1 & 2. Tuesday, Feb. 3 had misting rain and icy snow to add on to the mess the rest of the week. We look forward to spring and the visiting birds at the bird feeder gives us hope it won’t be long.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY… coming up this weekend! This championship game started in 1967 with the first game being played between the Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs. In 1969 they changed the name of this particular game from the AFL-NFL World Championship to the Super Bowl.
