Let there be light

Sometimes there’s more to be seen than meets the eye. LiDAR (“Light Detection And Ranging”) technology uses laser light to accurately measure distances. It has been used to see through dense Amazon foliage, for example, revealing surface structures below the jungle canopy without damaging trees. It can be used as a range finder, alerting about approaching objects as well. LiDAR sees more than the naked eye.
