On Thursday [June 2] I convened the House Committee on Workforce, Trades, and Talent to vote on House Bills 6086 and 6088, which were approved unanimously. These bills, sponsored by Reps. Yaroch and Markkanen, respectively, will give prospective emergency medical services (EMS) workers more flexibility in the examination process, making it easier for applicants to acquire these crucial positions without sacrificing the quality of personnel.
